I've seen several stories about this, the most recent from the International Tribune and AP: a spa in Northern Virginia has been offering 'fish pedicures' for the past four months, where customers stick their feet in tanks with tiny, toothless fish that gently nibble away at dead, flaking skin. Some 5,000 people have made the plunge so far at Yvonne Hair and Nails salon.
Major TV and Cable networks have caught on to this one-of-a-kind experience. Watch an ABC video here. It's being called a 'Dr Fish Massage', and you can have a 30 minute session with fish swarming your feet for $50. Would you try it? Or perhaps it's the ultimate gift for that person who's tried every other kind of spa treatment out there.
